Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Branches. If you are under 13, please do not use the app.

You retain ownership of the prayer requests, comments, and other content you post ("Your Content"). By posting on Branches, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute Your Content on the platform for the purpose of operating the app.

You agree not to use Branches to:

• Post spam or unsolicited promotional content.
• Post content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its users.

Anonymous posting is permitted so people can share sensitive requests. It may not be used to harass, defame, or otherwise harm others. We store your identity internally on every post and may disclose it as required to enforce these Terms or comply with the law.

Branches reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, and to suspend or disable any account that violates these Terms.

Branches is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branches and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using Branches at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@joinbranches.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Branches after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Branches will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
