• Your email address (required to create an account).
• Your display name.
• Your city and state, if you choose to provide them.
• Prayer request content, comments, reactions, and prayer activity (the requests you pray for).
• Basic device and browser information (such as browser type and general usage data) to help the app run reliably.

• To operate the app and let you share and pray for requests.
• To send you email notifications you have opted into (such as when someone prays for your request, mentions you, or the weekly digest).
• To display your first name and location on your prayer interactions so people know real people are praying for them across the country.

• We never sell your data.
• We never run ads.
• We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may choose to post a prayer request anonymously. When you do, we store your identity internally so we can moderate the platform and enforce our Terms of Service, but your name and location are never displayed publicly on that request.

You can turn off any category of email notification at any time from your profile settings. Transactional emails required to operate your account (such as password resets) may still be sent.

Branches is built on Lovable's built-in infrastructure, which provides our database, authentication, and file storage. Your data is stored securely there.

You can request that your account and personal data be deleted at any time by emailing us at hello@joinbranches.com. We will remove your account and personal information within a reasonable time frame.

Branches is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
